We at Viceversatools focus on satisfying our clients with our quality-proven applications. We provide a full money-back policy on each product and no additional charges have been deducted from our end when you request a refund.
Note: Each product comes with a demo version for monitoring its performance before purchase. So, use the demo version before applying for the license version.
Responsibility of Customers
You need to ensure that you follow the below-mentioned recommendations to make the experience better.
- Use the demo edition before getting the full version of the software.
- For any issues with the software, reach out to our support team before requesting a refund.
- Wait for 48 hours so that we can analyze your issues and fix the issue.
How to apply for refunds?
Note: Once we receive a valid refund request, we will take 7 working days to process the refund.
If you have purchased the software from any third party then the third party will be responsible for the refund.
To apply for a refund, contact our support staff and wait for 7 working days.
Once you receive the request, the process of verification will start and if we find the issue, we will refund the amount within 7 working days. You will get the refund amount in the same mode in which you bought the software.
Conditions of Refund Policy
Here are the conditions that must be fulfilled to get a refund:
- The purchase has been made for the product from the Viceversatools website.
- You must apply for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- If you have mistakenly purchased the product and not activated it yet then we accept your refund request.
- If you have purchased two same products, we will refund you the amount of one.
- After making the purchase, you will get the product ID and product key within 15 minutes at your registered email address. Sometimes, this mail can be found in the spam folder. So, we advise you to check the spam/junk folder before contacting us. If you didn’t find the mail in the spam/junk folder, then email us at sales@viceversatools.com.
Note: Viceversatools has the right to reject your refund request if you don’t meet the above refund conditions.
Conditions for Cancelling Refund Request
- If you purchased the product without checking the demo version.
- If you get a discount during software purchase, no refund will be initiated.
- In case the user has activated the software and finished its requirement, we will not accept the refund request.
- In case of an unsuccessful or unauthorized transaction, if you contact your bank for a refund.
- We won’t accept the refund request in case of recovery software.
- If you ignore guidance from our support team then we will not accept the refund.
- If you have recovered or migrated 40% without any issues using the software then you are not eligible for a refund.
- If the user fails to activate the software and applies for a refund, we will not consider it. (You must contact our support team to activate the software.)
- You must be careful while purchasing the license as a wrongly purchased license is not eligible for refund.
Viceversatools is not responsible for the below
- If you lost the activation credentials
- Issues in downloading or communication
- Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances
- Delay in processing refund due to weekend
- Any email received is considered spam by the email server or client

Missing Refund or Delay in refund
Go through these instructions in case you didn’t receive the refund after 10-15 days:
- Verify your bank account
- Contact your credit card company as they usually take a long time.
- Get proper information from your bank regarding the transaction from your account.
